Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in handling all IWK documentation and prepare cost estimates for maintenance/service jobs.
- Issue procurement requests and new sales orders.
- Collaborate with service department for planning IWK tasks.
- Prepare electronic procurement tenders.
- Address IWK-related issues and ensure timely payments.
- Properly file all IWK job documents and reports.
- Participate in site visits/tendering when necessary.
- Contribute to team efforts and maintain customer relationships.
- Identify business opportunities through market research.
- Maintain service standards and submit reports.
- Oversee inbound and outbound IWK transactions process.
