Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service for all general telephone / e-mail enquiries.
- Ensure high accuracy in bookings and handle related documentation.
- Update vessel profiles and schedules.
- Process roll over shipments and resolve discrepancies in shipping instructions.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree holder in any field.
- Fluency in Mandarin preferred for client communication.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Fresh graduates welcome.
Remuneration and Benefits:
