Job Description
- Manage day-to-day Order to Cash (OTC) performance including invoice posting, bank reconciliation, customer payment settlement and other OTC activities
- Ensure compliance of OTC operations with company policies, processes, and internal controls
- Review system entries
- Produce effective qualitative and quantitative metrics reporting to measure efficiency and effectiveness of function and staff
- Assist in internal and external audit processes
- Train new joiners
- Work towards system improvement, process improvement
- Develop team spirit and advise daily operations
- Other duties as assigned
