Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls and attend customer enquiries with excellent and timely responses.
• Provide internal sales support, prepare quotations, orders, invoices, and related documents.
• Assist in sales order processing, follow up on delivery status, and track collections.
• Coordinate with logistics for on-time delivery to customers.
• Liaise with customers to update order status and process sales data.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in any discipline.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Power Point.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, independent, and fresh graduates are welcome.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM2,500.00 – RM3,00.00 per month
