Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and attend customer enquiries with excellent and timely responses.
- Provide internal sales support, prepare quotations, orders, invoices, and related documents.
- Assist in sales order processing, follow up on delivery status, and track collections.
- Coordinate with logistics for on-time delivery to customers.
- Liaise with customers to update order status and process sales data.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in any discipline.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Power Point.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, independent, and fresh graduates are welcome.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM2,500.00 – RM3,00.00 per month
