Job Description
Working location: Wisma Ann Joo, Lot 19391, Batu 8½, Jalan Klang Lama, 4600 Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan
Working hour: Mon – Fri. 8.30 am – 6 pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage HR initiatives and programs
- Provide coaching and advice to business leaders
- Assist in HR functional areas
- Conduct disciplinary cases and domestic inquiries
- Mediate labor disputes and grievances
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in HRM or equivalent
- 2-5 years of relevant experience
- Ability to work under pressure
- Self-motivated and result-oriented
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: RM3,00.00 – RM4,500.00 per month
Benefits: Free parking, Health insurance, Maternity leave, Opportunities for promotion
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types: Overtime pay, Performance bonus
