Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- To provide exceptional customer service with a quick response time.
- Resolve customer inquiries effectively and promptly.
- Promote products/services through various channels.
- Work independently or collaboratively in a team.
- Showcase strong interpersonal and communication skills.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Flexible for 24/7 shift work.
- SPM with 1 year in Customer Service/Call Centre.
- Fresh graduates can apply.
- Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: RM2,200.00 – RM3,00.00 per month
