Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the general Administrative Assistant duties such as filing documentation, data entry & provide administrative support to department/superior.
- Operation arrangement & communicate with internal & external parties.
- Attend to incoming calls & emails: take messages, respond appropriately, and route correspondence to the appropriate person in charge.
- Maintain proper filing of all documents for record keeping.
- Assist day-to-day overall administration for shipping and Logistic Department.
- Handle assigned tasks from time to time.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/”O” Level.
- Preferably with related working experience, but school leavers or fresh graduates may also apply.
- Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Office including Excel and Word.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
- Initiative, hardworking & able to work under pressure.
- High level of integrity and able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Ability to prioritize and work under minimum supervision.
- Willingness to perform overtime work when required.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Salary: RM1,600.00 – RM2,100.00 per month
