Job Description
As a Sales and Technical Support Executive specializing in on-site air purifier filter replacement, you will play a crucial role in supporting sales and technical functions. Apart from replacing filters at customer premises, you will assist the sales team by providing technical product demonstrations to potential clients. This hybrid role demands a unique combination of technical expertise, sales acumen, and customer service skills. The ideal candidate will excel in customer interaction, demonstrate product features, and offer excellent support throughout the sales process.
Main Responsibilities:
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise and support during customer meetings, product demos, and sales presentations.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct on-site technical product demonstrations for potential clients, focusing on key features, advantages, and use cases of air purifier products.
