Job Description
Tasks & responsibilities:
- Project management for assigned projects
- Application support for ERP systems
- System configuration and setup
- Data conversion and database schema understanding
- Testing new releases of ERP systems
- Documentation creation and system access assignment
- Automated workflow processes design and maintenance
- Issue analysis and troubleshooting
- Report development and maintenance
Qualifications & experience:
- Degree in IT/ Business IT preferred
- Minimum 5 years of working experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Team player with independent work capability
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM5,00.00 – RM8,00.00 per month
