Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and accounts payable/receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements, accounts, and financial discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare and issue invoices to clients and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Update sales report daily, check discount, CN and void bill, and ensure that collection records and sales reports are accurate.
• Assist in preparation of monthly financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, prepare tax returns, and assist with tax audits.
• Undertake any ad-hoc assignments.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Must possess LCCI/Diploma/Degree in Accounting or any relevant courses.
• Minimum 3-year experience in handling full set of accounts, financial reporting preferably experienced in retail industries.
• Must have knowledge of AutoCount system.
• Proficient in computer applications mainly Microsoft Excel.
• Positive working attitude, detailed, responsible and committed.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently and effectively to meet required deadlines.
• Ability to learn quickly and apply relevant knowledge.
• Ability to work in a team environment.

Location: Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya ( Accessible by MRT)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,00.00 – RM4,500.00 per month
