Job Description
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Associate, Policy Owner Services for our Life POS division. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to policyholders, addressing inquiries and concerns, and processing policy-related transactions.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach. Previous experience in the insurance industry is preferred but not required as training will be provided.
