Job Description
Role:
- Mastermind business growth strategies to help meet organizational goals and objectives.
- Ensure that the organization complies with contractual obligations as well as state and federal regulations.
- Conduct market research to inform strategic business decisions.
- Develop marketing strategies for hero & new products.
- Strategically expand, preserve, or improve company procedures, standards, or policies.
- Negotiate and agree contracts with suppliers and retailers* (if needed).
- Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective suppliers in order to keep business growth opportunities in the pipeline.
- Serve as the link of communication between suppliers and internal teams.
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
