Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Research and evaluate potential suppliers according to company’s SOP
- Contact suppliers, internal teams, and other departments to build relationships
- Negotiate with suppliers for best procurement prices, delivery times, and quality
- Generate and forward purchase orders, expedite deliveries
- Maintain database, coordinate with stores, prepare reports
- Stay updated on market conditions, improve procurement processes
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration/Economics or equivalent
- Knowledge of SAP is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently, good communication skills
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and a team player
