Job Description
- To maintain attendance report and update daily.
- To compile, record, file, and send all Delivery Orders and related documents to HQ weekly.
- To generate attendance reports and compile daywork summaries for general workers bi-weekly.
- To compile Overtime submissions for site staff monthly.
- Handle phone calls, guests, and document distribution.
- Maintain proper filing systems and office equipment/assets.
- Prepare for site meetings and distribute minutes.
- Assist in various office duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications
- Good organization and multi-tasking skills
- Minimum 1 year experience in a related field (fresh graduates welcome)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM1,500.00 – RM2,00.00 per month
Schedule: Day shift
Education: STM/STPM (Preferred)
Experience: Site Clerk – 1 year (Preferred)
Ability to Commute: Cyberjaya (Required)
