Job Description
- All general admin work – Photostats, scan, fax and others
- Receptionist
- Filing & Documentation
- Postage, shipping, and freight management – track status, package items, tag and sticker preparation
- Attendance record monitoring
- Ensure office cleanliness and organization
- Manage all company vehicle details, maintenance, and services
- Handle company license renewal, SIRIM Registration, and more
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks from Managers and Directors
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: RM1,500.00 – RM2,500.00 per month
