Job Description

1. To perform external dispatch works including document and parcel delivery and collection (Dispatch).

2. To assist Admin in documentation and data collection for monthly summary & report.

3. To assist Admin in document filing.

4. To assist on other Admin job scope such as:

• To help provide stationary items to department admin assistant as per request.
• To help in handling new worker matters such as giving out new uniform and locker.
• To help provide a uniform if there is a request from a worker.

5. To assist Admin in maintaining item & stock tracking (stationary/uniform/pantry/cleaning items).

6. To assist in admin HR in other adhoc duties as and when instructed by a superior.
