We are looking for a Social Media Coordinator to create and maintain a strong online presence for our company. Your role will be to implement online marketing strategies through social media accounts. If you are a connected professional interested in communicating with customers through online channels, we would like to meet you.
What are the tasks of a Social Media Executive? As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for developing original content and suggesting creative ways to attract more customers and promote our brand. Finally, you’ll increase web traffic and customer engagement metrics in line with broader marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
- Study audience preferences and discover new trends
- Create engaging text, image and video content
- Design posts to arouse readers’ curiosity and create buzz around new products
- Measure web traffic
- Stay on top of changes across all social platforms ensuring maximum efficiency
- Train your co-workers to use social media consistently and beneficially
- Facilitate online conversations with customers and respond to requests
- Report on ongoing analyzes and feedback from customers and fans
- Develop a publishing schedule, taking into account web traffic and customer engagement metrics
- Oversee the structure of social media accounts
- Suggest new ways to attract potential customers, such as promotions and contests
