Job Description
- Responsible to do general clerical and accounting work.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks e.g. issue purchase order (PO) / delivery order (DO) / goods received note (GRN) etc.
- Assist with basic admin tasks e.g. office paperwork filing, coordinates within internal departments for documentation preparation etc.
- Support other departments such as production, operation, purchasing, HR etc.
- Maintain and upkeep proper sorting & filing of related documentation to support all accounting entries.
- Assist in other duties in relation with administration and accounts/financial matters as required from time to time.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth office operations and contribute to a positive work environment.
