Job Description
– Responsible for carrying out Human Resource and manpower planning programmes to manage organization structure, headcount, staffing requirements, individual job strength;
– Ensure application of work permit for foreign workers are in order;
– Manage day to day general office administration including office maintenance, renovation, tenancy agreement;
– Implementation of effective HR policies, procedures, and practices;
– Advice and assist management on the implementation of the performance management system;
– Handle staff disciplinary and welfare issues;
– To maintain and update the company’s information;
– To liaise with the company’s legal matters;
– Other ad-hoc tasks pertaining to HR and Admin duties as required by Management.
