Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Assistant Chinese Chef to join our team. As the Assistant Chinese Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in preparing and cooking Chinese cuisine in our busy restaurant.
Your duties will include assisting in menu planning, food preparation, managing kitchen inventory, and ensuring food quality and presentation meets our high standards. You should possess strong teamwork skills and be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in Chinese cuisine.
- Knowledge of traditional Chinese cooking techniques.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
