Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Internal Sales Administration Officer-Freight Forwarding. As an Internal Sales Administration Officer, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting our sales team in all administrative tasks related to freight forwarding operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing sales orders and coordinating with various departments to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Preparing and distributing sales-related documents such as quotations, contracts, and invoices.
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing accurate information regarding shipment status, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Collaborating with the logistics team to arrange transportation and monitor shipment progress.
- Maintaining and updating customer databases and sales records.
The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of freight forwarding procedures and relevant software applications is preferred.
