Administrative assistants perform administrative and office support for supervisors. They perform a variety of tasks, such as answering telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, ordering office supplies, maintaining the office facilities running smoothly, and ensuring that equipment and appliances work properly. They also prepare and participate in tenders/quotations, handle basic account processes and HR management. Good documentation and follow-up skills are necessary to ensure the daily operation runs smoothly for all departments. Administrative assistants provide clerical and administrative support to top management and coordinate and direct work activities to employees. They also participate in various processes such as hiring, training, on-boarding, and employee disciplinary issues. You will handle the daily HR and admin duties of the organization and perform other tasks as needed.
