Job Description

PRINCIPAL FUNCTION

This position is responsible to compile documents, accounting records and prepare full set of financial accounts to management.

The duties of this role include, liaising with relevant statutory bodies, external auditors, tax agent, company secretary, implement & maintain good internal financial controls and other relevant tasks assigned by management.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Timely update of accounting transactions, bank & cash reconciliations, bills receivable, bills payable & reconciliations of discrepancies etc
• Compile & generate monthly, yearly financial reports, management accounts and other reports as instructed within stipulated deadline.
• Manage account receivables & account payables ensuring pending collections & payments were dealt with promptly.

• Liaise with auditor, tax agent, company secretary, banker
• Liaise with relevant regulatory bodies, i.e., LHDN, MPK etc
• Assist with implementing & maintaining good internal financial controls & procedures
• Carry out other relevant duties and tasks as directed by the Management.
