Job Description

Operational Responsibilities:

• Coordinating and overseeing day-to-day transportation operations.
• Follow up order and shipment to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Addressing and resolving operational issues or challenges.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of transport operations.
• Utilize TMS and other relevant technologies to optimize logistics processes and enhance efficiency.
• Billing all the POD/DO in the system and generate payouts for all subcontractor drivers.
• Upload ADV in TMS system
• Manage documentation (Application Form, Copy IC & License, etc)

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
• Preferably, have at least 1 year of working experience in the same or a related industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and prioritize.
• Proficiency in MS Office is preferred.
• Proficiency in computer skills, such as Microsoft Office and online platforms.
• Excellent communication and writing skills in Chinese and English are highly preferred

Salary: RM1,800.00 – RM2,300.00 per month
