Flash Express, a courier company that has been established in Thailand for over 3 years, is expanding to Malaysia and seeking interested individuals to work in the following areas:
Job Scope:
- Maintain warehouse operations; storing and organizing packages. Minimize losses and damages effectively.
- Communicate with customers and relevant personnel through all communication channels. Provide advice and resolve basic issues in receiving and delivery. Ensure compliance with standards and timelines.
- Review and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports for packages – resolve any outstanding delivery balances or related issues, ensuring prompt resolution to ensure timely delivery.
- Responsible for generating daily income reports. Check the financial system in the branch to evaluate daily operational performance.
- Learn and keep up with new knowledge in related technology for effective administration.
- Perform assigned tasks and projects by branch supervisors.
