Job Description
As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent for our organization. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recommending candidates to ensure a strong and qualified pool of candidates for various positions.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Utilizing various sourcing strategies, such as social media, job boards, and networking, to identify potential candidates.
- Conducting initial screenings to assess the candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their specific requirements and preferences.
- Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Developing and implementing innovative sourcing techniques to attract passive candidates.
