Job Description
1. Explore and expand the CRM service & solution based on given channel:
- i. Community management services
- ii. Loyalty services and solutions
- ii. Customer Database Platform (CDP)
2. Assist in support CRM Project Management
3. Support in doing reporting
Job Requirements:
- Possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Business Management / Marketing / Mass Communication or equivalent.
- Have research & analyzing skills.
- Language: Malay, English. Mandarin is a plus.
- Good in communication in written and verbal.
Job Type: Internship
Salary: RM500.00 – RM1,00.00 per month
