Job Description:
- To plan & deploy learning strategies in line with the TLF & TCS established which will ensure high academic standards set for the Pre U division at BAC.
- To plan and deploy assessments in line with the requirements of both internal and external examination boards which provides information on students’ academic status during the course of their programme.
- To adhere to all academic administrative requirements of the programme within the SOPs established & stipulated timelines.
- To deploy CQI initiatives aimed at improving the annual programme academic performance.

Job requirements:
- Relevant degree as per the options below.
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant subject area + Diploma in Education/PGCE equivalent or Master’s degree in relevant subject area
- Cumulative 5 years relevant teaching experience in a government or private education institution.
