Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Franchise Executive to join our team. As a Franchise Executive, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our franchise partners, while driving business growth and ensuring the successful operations of our franchise network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing strategies to recruit new franchisees
- Providing support and guidance to franchisees to optimize their performance
- Conducting regular business reviews with franchise partners to assess their progress and address any challenges
- Monitoring and analyzing franchisee performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Ensuring compliance with franchise agreements and brand standards
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns and initiatives
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the franchising industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Proven track record in driving franchise network growth
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
