Job Description
To work closely with the Head of Department (HOD) in formulating and collaborating on any business development activities to ensure the growth of the group revenue stream. This includes working together with current and potential industry partners, academics, employers, business partners, and internal stakeholders in identifying and developing new business opportunities as well as finding new markets for existing products and services.
The Person:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Knowledge of Training and Job Market industries would be an advantage.
- Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations, both verbally and in writing.
- Experience marketer or distributor with a vast network and track record; experience in product marketing, campaign management, and business partnerships. Project management from planning through implementation will be an added advantage.
- Strong business acumen and resourcefulness.
- Must be ready and have a passion for selling with an emphasis on business development, marketing, or sales.
- Presentable personality with the ability to operate effectively and independently.
- Able to work onsite and required to travel when needed.
- Possess own vehicle with a valid driving license (D).
- Knowledge of digital applications will be an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: RM3,500.00 – RM4,500.00 per month
