Job Description
- Operating machinery and equipment used in the recycling process, such as shredders, grinders, and conveyor belts.
- Sorting and segregating different types of tires based on size, condition, and material composition.
- Assisting in the loading and unloading of tires onto machinery and conveyor systems.
- Performing quality checks on recycled materials to ensure they meet company standards.
- Cleaning and maintaining work areas and equipment to ensure a safe and efficient production environment.
- Following all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate workflow and address any issues that may arise.
- To optimize production, a Production Worker oversees operations for manufacturing organizations.
- They are also responsible for determining the best use of resources to meet production goals and improving the effectiveness of manufacturing processes.
