Job Description
- Daily review production schedule and execution of projects in a timely manner.
- Ensure projects are completed on time to meet shipment.
- Oversee production efficiency while maximizing resource usage.
- Conduct performance appraisals, supervise and communicate job expectations, provide coaching, counseling, and disciplining.
- Supervise production floor staff and ensure effective communication to avoid errors.
- Investigate operational problems affecting production and provide advice for solutions.
- Ensure product and process quality meet required specifications.
- Organize training and educational manuals for the production team.
- Ensure compliance with safety and professional standards.
- Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.
