Job Description

As an Invoice to Cash & Treasury Cash Management Associate, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end invoice to cash process, ensuring efficient and timely collection of outstanding receivables. You will also play a key role in cash management activities, including forecasting and monitoring liquidity, optimizing working capital, and ensuring compliance with treasury policies and procedures.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Processing customer invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Tracking and resolving invoice discrepancies, working closely with the sales and operations teams
• Managing customer accounts and proactively monitoring receivables
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth cash application and allocation
• Preparing cash flow forecasts and maintaining a strong control over cash balances
• Identifying opportunities to optimize working capital and enhance cash management processes
• Ensuring compliance with treasury policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in finance or accounting, with a focus on invoice to cash processes and treasury cash management. Attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team are essential. Proficiency in financial systems and technology, as well as advanced Excel skills, is highly preferred.
