Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual for the position of Manager, Operations & Maintenance at IAQ Group. As the Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of operations and maintenance activities within our organization.
Your main duties will include coordinating and supervising daily operations, ensuring efficient use of resources, implementing standard operating procedures, and managing a team of technicians and staff members. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing best practices to optimize performance and productivity.
