Job Description
The Learning Solutions Experience Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing effective learning solutions to enhance the overall learning experience for our employees. This role will involve designing and delivering training programs, creating engaging e-learning content, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to assess and fulfill learning needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver training programs to support employee development
- Create interactive and visually appealing e-learning content using multimedia tools
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop relevant and engaging learning materials
- Assess and analyze learning needs, and develop appropriate learning strategies
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through assessments and feedback mechanisms
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in learning and development
We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in instructional design and adult learning principles. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team. Prior experience delivering e-learning solutions and using learning management systems is preferred.
