Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced individual for the position of Accounts and Credit Control Manager at Borneo Technical Co. (M) Sdn Bhd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s accounts receivable, credit control, and collection activities to ensure timely payments and minimize bad debt risks. Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing the credit control process, including credit assessment, setting credit limits, and monitoring overdue accounts.
• Negotiating payment terms with clients and resolving any payment disputes.
• Managing relationships with external debt collection agencies, as necessary.
• Preparing financial reports and providing analysis on overdue accounts.
• Implementing and maintaining effective accounting and internal control procedures related to credit control.

The ideal candidate should have a solid background in accounting and credit control, with at least 5 years of relevant experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
