Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive. As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Your main duties will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via various communication channels, such as phone, email, and chat.
- Assisting customers with product information, order placement, and resolving any issues or complaints.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and complaints.
- Collaborating with other departments to coordinate customer requests and resolve complex issues.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance customer experience.
To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Previous experience in a customer service role and familiarity with CRM software are highly desirable.
