Job Description
Jasper Lodge is a nursing home company that operates in several areas in Malaysia, including Petaling Jaya, Pahang, and Pulau Pinang.
Job Description
- Performing clinical services for the comfort and wellbeing of the residents. Targeting residents towards independent living and reducing the level of dependency.
- Assisting residents in regaining and improving mobility through the provision of walking aids, exercises for strength and flexibility, fall prevention, coordination, and enhancing daily functions.
- Assisting with caregiving tasks for all residents in the home when needed.
Job Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Physiotherapy.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Benefits
- Salary range from RM2,00 to RM3,200 depending on years of experience and qualification.
- Monthly Allowance Entitlement such as Service Allowance.
- Working hours of 8 hours with 5.5 days on duty per week.
- Overtime entitlement if working more than 8 hours.
- Yearly assessment for promotion and bonus.
- Medical Claim up to RM800 per year.
- Probation of 3 to 6 months with a permanent full-time job.
