Job Description
1. Coordinates with the event host/organizer on all aspects of the banquet function.
2. Meet and greet guests in a friendly and warm manner.
3. Checks banquet rooms, service, and kitchen areas for cleanliness, proper set up, and make sure sufficient supplies and equipment are available for the function.
4. Oversee all aspects of assigned banquet function activities, ensuring that food counters are properly set and ready for execution at the appointed time.
5. In-charge on the particular event/rooms assign by superior.
6. Fixer on duty/shift assign by superior.
7. Perform any other job-related tasks as assigned by the Superior and Head of Department.
