Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Membership Consultant located in Old Klang Road, Kuala Lumpur.
The Membership Consultant will be responsible for membership sales and customer service.
The Membership Consultant will also be responsible for ensuring sales targets are achieved and maintaining a positive working relationship with all members.
– Generating sales leads, retaining members, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
– You will also be expected to maintain a clean and safe workout environment and provide excellent customer service to members.
Qualifications:
- Customer Service, Communication, and Consulting skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Friendly and Energetic is a MUST.
- Experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
- Knowledge of fitness and wellness industry is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
