Job Description
- Melaksanakan tugas sebagai tukang cuci segala peralatan, termasuklah membersihkan tempat cuci dan perkakasan yang perlu dibersihkan.
- Membersihkan kawasan tempat masak, ruang dapur, ruang memasak, peti ais, peti sejuk beku, bainmarie, tempat “display” makanan, buffet kaunter, dan lain-lain kaunter yang perlukan pembersihan.
- Memastikan semua peralatan memasak dan peralatan makan di dapur dicuci hingga bersih.
- Mengendalikan, mengatur, dan membersihkan peralatan memasak dengan cermat dan hati-hati untuk mencegah kerusakan dan menjaga kualitas.
- Menjaga stok detergen untuk mencuci pinggan dan perkakasan dapur, serta mengurus sisa persediaan yang ada.
- Mengantar hidangan dari dapur ke ruang buffet (jika perlu).
- Membantu membersihkan dan mengupas sayur-sayuran yang akan dimasak.
