Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our team. As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the Commercial Excellence team in various operational tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and maintaining the database for commercial analysis and reporting purposes.
- Coordinate with different departments to gather data and information for analysis.
- Prepare and present reports, presentations, and other relevant documents.
- Participate in project management activities, including planning, tracking progress, and ensuring goals are met.
- Monitor and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Prior experience in operations or commercial support is an advantage.
