Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Manager, Business Development (Solar, C&I). In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our solar business in the commercial and industrial (C&I) sector.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities in the C&I sector
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients
- Create and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Prior experience in business development, specifically in the solar industry
- Proven track record of successfully closing sales deals
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
