Job Description

Responsibility & Authority:

• Received custom form from CSI/CSE.
• Submit custom form for declaration to Custom Dept. and ensure all forms are approved.
• Ensure all urgent shipments are given priority for custom declaration.
• To prepare custom declaration through EDI system.
• Submit Import/Export cargo for examination/seal when required and ensure all cargo examined to be kept in order.
• Submit cheque, payable to “Pengarah Kastam Negeri” to Custom Dept. for dutiable and taxable shipment and ensure payment amount on the cheque.
• Record all approved shipment to daily import details.
• Send document/custom official receipt to CSE for export arrangement.
• Sorting documents and attach Delivery Order and submitting to traffics Dept. for delivery.

Qualification:

• Minimum SPM, diploma or degree in logistics or any related field.
• Computer literate.
• Good command of language (English & Malay) in both writing & speaking.
• Able to work at KLIA Sepang.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM1,800.00 – RM2,800.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• 13th month salary
• Overtime pay
• Performance bonus

• Sepang: Relocate before starting work (Required)
