Job Description

Handle inbound and outbound calls
Deliver superior customer experience at all times
Strict adherence to company’s SOP and meeting of KPIs set by the company
Respond to customers’ emails complaints / inquiries within stipulated time set by the management
Any other ad-hoc assignments as and when assigned by the company / management.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM2,00.00 – RM2,800.00 per month
