Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced GSOC Threat Detection Team Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of analysts in identifying and mitigating security threats within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of threat detection analysts and provide guidance and support in analyzing security threats.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for threat detection, response, and mitigation.
- Collaborate with other teams to enhance the organization’s security posture, including incident response and risk management.
- Stay updated on the latest threat landscape and technologies to continuously improve threat detection capabilities.
- Monitor and analyze security alerts, investigate potential incidents, and escalate as necessary.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in threat detection or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of security tools, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and make critical decisions.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are a plus.
