Job Description
- Liase with event organizers to inquire and confirm event
- Manage pre-event, event day, and post-event preparation, planning & communicate with vendors to ensure event runs smoothly & accordingly
- Coordinate and communicate effectively and efficiently with both internal & external parties
- Recruit temporary staff or promoters to assist in the event
- Liase with e-commerce team for merchant brand products to be displayed during each event
- Proper filing of required documentations (payment, etc.) to be submitted to the accounting department
