Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an HR Executive. As an HR Executive, you will play a key role in managing our human resources functions and supporting the organization’s HR activities.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit and select new employees, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, assessments, and background checks.
- Manage employee onboarding and orientation, ensuring a positive and effective integration process.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with company standards and legal requirements.
- Provide assistance and support to employees regarding HR-related matters.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- Handle employee benefits administration, including payroll, leaves, and attendance management.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Japanese and English languages, both written and spoken.
- Prior experience in HR roles, preferably in multinational companies.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
