Job Description:
- Warmly welcome customers.
- Present bills, receive payments, and generate sales receipts and cash register entries.
- Maintain cashier counter.
- Perform basic admin tasks such as filing and invoicing.
- Record customer data and services provided into the system according to the specified format.
- Calculate inventory and enter accurate data into the system.
- Ensure sufficient stock and place orders if necessary.
- Answer phone calls/messages from customers politely.
- Record daily/monthly sales and submit to management.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in administration/business/accountancy is preferred.
- Proficient in computer usage and MS Office.
- Experience in the automotive field is highly welcomed.

- Excellent communication skills and able to serve customers well and politely.
