Flash Express, a courier company that has been established in Thailand for over 3 years. We are currently expanding to Malaysia and looking for interested individuals to work in the following areas.
Job Scope:
- Controlling warehouse operations; storing and arranging packages. Minimizing losses and damages effectively.
- Maintaining communication with customers and relevant parties through all communication channels. Providing advice and resolving basic issues related to receiving and delivery. Adhering to standards and punctuality.
- Reviewing and preparing daily/weekly/monthly reports for packages – resolving outstanding delivery balance or related issues promptly to ensure timely delivery of packages.
- Responsible for daily revenue reporting. Reviewing financial systems in the branch responsible for evaluating daily operational performance.
- Learning and staying updated on new knowledge in relevant technology. To be implemented in efficient administration.
- Executing other tasks and projects assigned by branch supervisors.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM1,500.00 – RM2,200.00 per month
